Enter your information in the form above and include a shipping address if you would like us to send you any samples. We do not ship to PO boxes.
How do I
place an order?
It is easy to place an order! Please call us at 1-800-258-4292 and ask for one of our customer service representatives to place your order now. You can also email our customer service department directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you prefer faxing your orders, please send them to 503-290-4270.
We accept cash, check, credit cards, and debit cards as forms of payment. Our order minimum is $250.00 per order. Items can be combined to achieve the minimum order size. You are welcome to pick up your completed order directly at our warehouse Monday through Friday from 8:30am-4:00pm. You may prefer to have the items shipped to you. When placing your order, please specify which freight carrier you would like to use or we can provide you with options and pricing information.
